Vodafone India — no data connection inside my house | |||
Recently ported to vodafone based on their claims of seamless 4g network. But, just to find after porting, that i made a grave mistake and their network is pathetic. No data connection inside my house which is in one of the most premium areas of the capital of our country. Repaired thrice, but no resolution. Vodafone expects me to wait for an unknown time period and hope their service will improve. On top, they’re threatening me that i have to wait for 3 months to port my number. Is this justified? Your service is so poor and you don’t have any resolution or even plans to fix it and you’re asking threatening me to follow your policies!! Put a booster or something at or near my home or be ready to port it. Requesting consumer court for their kind help Was this information helpful? | |||
