I had complaint on Vodafone customer care for long days like my internet was not working in my Vodafone roaming sim, which is Bangalore roaming sim. It was not accessible from last 22 Feb and log complaint on 29 Feb by calling customer care in both Guwahati centre several time. But still not able to sortout and they throughing their duties to one customer care to another and throughing the problem. Very bad exercise of work and less knowledge of staff and very poor service. Check the service and sortout it and behaviour should take care by them and be serious on customer problem, and care it.
