[Resolved] Vodafone India — No one cares for customer at Vodafone | |||
I have post paid Vodafone mobile no [protected]. I have been requesting customer care to send me Nano sim for Apple 6 . On 16th I received Sim, no of which was different from what Vodafone had in their record. The executive confirmed that new sim will be sent. To my bad luck on 18th I received Macro Sim . Again the executive confirmed that nano will be sent & i will receive in 24 hrs. Till today not received and like a fool I called up customer care again in the evening to know what wrong I have done. Executive informed that sim has not been sent . Will someone at Vodafone tell me what I should do ? Not able to use my Apple 6 hand set for the past one week. Was this information helpful? | |||
