Vodafone India — No signals | |||
Dear Vodafone. My name is chaitanya. My complaint is with my Andhra Pradesh number [protected]. My present alternate contact number is [protected] (Mumbai). Today I lost signals for my Andhra number. I called to customer care to report it. They advised me to do some procedure for getting back the signal and all finally with no use. They finally Said that they can't do anything and even they can't take any complaint because I'm in non local. It takes one more month for me to get back to Andhra. So till for this month, won't Vodafone take any action? This is not good for a telecom giant towards its loyal customers. Please respond at the earliest.
