WE HAVE MADE PAYMENT ONLINE FROM VODAFONE SITE WITH THE HELP OF QUICK PAY PORTAL BUT AT END OUR TRANSACTION SHOWN IS FAILED ALONG THIS MY BALANCE FROM ACCOUNT ALSO DELETED.I WILL TAKE ADVICE, CALL TO VODAFONE CENTER BUT TILL NOW MY PROBLEM IS NOT SORT OUT .DAY AFTERDAY VODAFONE MEMBER CALL US DEMAND US NEW DOCUMENTS .I WILL VERY MUCH FED UP .WE WILL GIVE ALL DOCUMENTS THEY REQUIRED BUT THEY DONT RESPOND.THEY SAID THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM..THIS THINGS HAD BEEN DONE PAST 10-15DAYS PLZ US Was this information helpful? | |||
