Iam a vodofone customer In the first week of March I received an
from vofofone _ forRs.299 upto 10gb. I was attracted by the ad. and
recharged for Rs.299. But I received only 1 gb. I talked to customer care I
was told that only very few people will get it.I sent several mails to vodofone but
they were returned. I hereby attach the copy of mail sent to vodofone.

I am a pot graduate teacher in a reputed school which is situated all over the country. I am one of your customers.My mobile number is [protected] and I am residing in Tamil Nadu.I got an offer message from your company for Rs. 299 upto 10 gb. So I recharged Rs.299 on 06/03/2016.for availing the said offer. Unfortunately I got only 1 gb only. When I contacted the agent (shop owner) he told that within 48 hours the remaining GB will be credited. But after 48 hours also I did not get the data I called your customer care office. When I contacted, one of your staff informed me that only few will get the offer of 10 gb. Is it not a planned cheating by a reputed company.? When the company can cheat people like us what about the layman? I already sent a message to customer care unit.for that I did not get any reply so far.
I want justice as early as possible, otherwise I will be forced to take the next step.

First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care[oral complaints not taken seriously].
If they don't solve the problem in 3-4 days then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get a decent refund from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
