Vodafone India — Non payment of security deposit | |||||
Dear madam/sir, i am a vodafone customer. I took the connection of mobile as postpaid customer and paid rs 500/- as security deposit. Due to some wrong policy of the company, i switched to prepaid mode. As a prepaid customer, my security deposit is supposed to be refunded. It is almost 4 years and several visit to their local branch, my deposit has not been refunded. My customer no. Is [protected], u. P.
