Vodafone India — non providing of security money on change of sim card from postpaid to prepaid.

Dear sir,
Earlier I have vodafone postpaid no. [protected] with monthly rental plan of Rs. 49/-. It was a army plan which was provided me on depositing Rs.500/- as security money.
Last month vodafone authorities changed my rental plan automatically from Rs. 49 to 249 without my agreement. I told vodafone customer care about the issue for revert back my plan to 49 otherwise change my postpaid services to prepaid. But they behaved rudely and plan did not chang and told me to visit vodafone store.
Then i visited vodafone store on 15 Apr 18 and asked them to change my sim card to prepaid. They changed my SIM into prepaid but they didn't give me any receipt. When i urged for receipt (statement of changing sim card) and my security money that was deposited cash on taking fresh connection. But they denied for receipt and for security money they told that it will be credited to your vodafone prepaid balance. They behaved rudely and also told that you can complain anywhere; we can't do anything beside this. When i called Vodafone customer care they told me that your security money will be refunded to you in form of check and it will be delivered at your home address.

Today my vodafone balance toped up with Rs.337.41. I called customer care but they didn't respond. I think it was credited my security money as vodafone store employee told me.

Is it fair? Is it good justice with customers?

Now i want my complete security money in the form of check after settlement of my all dues as per old rental plan.
My all dues should be Rs.28.91/- For 15 days (Max Rs. 49/-) that was already paid by me excess Rs. 35/-. With last month bill.

So i want Rs 500 as security money in form of check.
