Sir, Today I have Call to Vodafone Call Center and Request to resolve my Problem Regarding Internet Connection Problem at my Numbger [protected]. In call Center executive replay that there is no Problem from our side, then i request her to forward my call to superior but she had denied for same. am Fetching problem related to internet on my Number: [protected] and one another Number used by me. I want to resolve my complain as soon as possible otherwise i will file complain against company in Consumer Forum for Cheating and Froude with customer by non providing service as Committed... If they don't solve the problem within 4-5 days then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get refund from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
