[Resolved] Vodafone India — non refund of security deposit | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I am very old customer of vodafone. I am using mobile no - [protected] since year 2010. Earlier it was post paid connection but in year 2013 i have changed it to pre paid connection and requested for refund of security deposit. I have been told my mini store of vodafone based at dakbunglow road, patna that it will be refunded within 15 working days. This is the matter of year 2014. Since then i visited vodafone office several times and mailed too so many times but i am not getting my security deposit amount of rs. 500. My money is lying since year 2010. Service of this company is very poor and their complaint management cell is even worse. I am not changing the company as i am not getting my security deposit. Please help in getting the amount refunded. Also help me and suggest ways how register complaint against vodafone in consumer forum.
