Vodafone India — non-reimbursement of bill amount taken falsely. | |||
As per my previous complaint on the overcharging of bills, i just received a phone call from a vodafone executive named prashant, claiming they have a solution for me. The solution was to not charge the 150 rupees in my next bill cycle. There was no mention about the money they have already charged since june. He claimed he can only waive it off on the next bill and not do anything about the amount they have already falsely charged on a service which i gave no consent to activate. What a solution vodafone, well done. As usual they have denied any wrong doing and blamed it on me. Was this information helpful? | |||
