[Resolved] Vodafone India — Not able to convert postpaid to prepaid | |||
Hi Team, I am facing a challange with Vodafone, as I have raised a request on 19th Jan 2015 for converting my connection from postpaid to prepaid and also submitted all the required document to the center, Even I paid all my dues then and there only after they issued me a Prepaid sim. But still that connection has not converted into prepaid, even I have sent so many follow up email to Vodafone. Please help me to resolve this issue.
