Vodafone India — Not able to do outgoing calls and not able to send the messages from my number.

I have tried to call the Customer Care Number more than 10 times and they will keep the call on hold saying like 1 minute we need to wait.But i have waited more than 5 min each time but not even a single response from the Customer Care service helpdesk.If i am not going to receive any help from the Vodafane Helpdesk i l be Cancelling the Sim.
