[Resolved] Vodafone India — not able to send sms getting error 50, customer care no response | |||
I am facing sms sending issue from last 30 days. I'm not able to send sms on any content or service I want register. I want to re-register for my Gpay account but for that I'm not able to send sms to my bank server. I have contacted to customer care several times but got no satisfactory response. The customer care executives even hung up on me after saying that they are connecting my call to any senior. Worst ever experience with Vodafone. I wanted to port my number to another service provide but again I need to send sms for that which I cant do. Vodafone even denied my port request earlier. I hate Vodafone from core my heart. My complain number: [protected] registered on 25th feb 2020. The cc guy said you problem will be resolved on 29th fab but today on 2nd march 2020 still have the same issue. I even called on CC on 29th, explained my issue to 2 guys and 1 lady but they all hung upon me saying that they will connect my call to any senior. On the 4 attempt the IVR removed the calling option to any executive. I have lost hopes now! I hope consumercomplaints will help. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
