Vodafone India — Not activated vodafone connection | |||
I have booked a request for Vodafone post paid new connection in the name of EASTERN HEALTHCARE to their customer care on 05 February 2017. Mr Anant Singh (Mob-[protected]) of M/S Intouch Solution Pvt Ltd having their office at B-66, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-110028 visited us on 05 February 2017 and issued us a SIM card No[protected]SY, giving new mobile connection No-[protected] of Vodafone by paying Rs 250.00 in cash and necessary receipt has been obtained. He has promished that the said given number will be activated with next 48 hours. When it was not activated with till date, we have tried to make contact to the above named representative number of times but he has cut our phone calls knowingly. You are requested to advise further suitable steps for this unwanted harassment to the customer by the Vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||
