Vodafone India — Not activating dnd service properly even after complaining number of times

Raised dnd on jan272016: refno.[protected]
But was still getting mails. Raised this issue many time but of no use. Sent them many mails but no reply. Complaints:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

Still i'm getting calls from marketing all the time. Its very irritating. No one is replying. If someone calls he asks for all the number details. It's more irritating. I'm not paying their bills on time for getting such kind of irritations.

Please some help me here
