[Resolved] Vodafone India — Not activating offers that i have paid for | |||||
My mobile no is [protected] yesterday i had recharged with 353 for unlimted class nd interenet offer after 2 hours when i made a call they deducted my balance when i asked for the reason they are telling till now the call offer has not been activated after 12 hours when i called today still the says the same last week without a reason they deducted 10 rs from my balance and when i asked they refunded it and till now they dont have the answer why did they deducted that amount. I used to recgarge for rs.300 and above every month and still i have the same offers when i asked for rs.453 offer for 70 days they said that offer is not available and when i told about my plan of porting out to any other network they said do as u wish... Very much disappointed with vodafone... No offers... And simplye deducting balance... They are not even able to activate offers which i have already paid its better they close down soon so the people won't suffer... I need the answers for my questions and the call offer which i had been paid for Was this information helpful? | |||||
