Vodafone India — not allowing to port from post to prepaid | |||||
I had requested for post to prepaid conversion on 12 july 2017 at the manisha blitz store-411028, where they confirmed the request is initiated, and this would be completed by 48 hrs, but it was not done even after 48 hrs, and vodafone asked me it not done due to billing. Amount being increased. Intially i had cleared the outstanding amount and paid additional 135, still they have not completed the process as of today but still charging me the rental whereas i am not using their services from 12 july, and now they are asking me to pay an outstanding of 190 even after the payment of rs 135 then rs 50 was done. Sir I rarely uses the 100mb of data out of 1gb .and my internet vanishes on its own .iam facing the same problem since 3 days
