[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Not changing the billing plan

I have been mailed on 25 May 2014 to change my billing plan. But till date they haven't changed my plan. And non of the customer care number connects to service provider. It simply wasted my time and un-neccessory wasting money and time. My Contact No: [protected]
