Vodafone India — Not Deposit Additional amount in my account after recharged 60 and 30 as per message

Hi,

I had recharged according to Message i.e Hero recharged Rs.60 on 8.07.2014, Till date we did not recieved any additional amount, again recharged Rs 30. on 11.07.2014 but again did not recieved any amount, when I want to complain through number 198, Then number is stuck, My Mobile Number is [protected]...

Kindly request you please update my additional amount otherwise

I will complain to TRAI also
