[Resolved] Vodafone India — not getting benefits of purchased postpaid plan | |||
I have activated red international plan (Rs. 999 / monthly) thru 'my vodafone app' (Service provider's application) on 18th feb-2019. Details of plan activation was received thru sms and also confirmed with customer care executive of service provider. Have raised complaint[protected] with service provider. I have called so may time but no positive response from service provider. As per them their is no issue with their system, however service provider app. Is not showing the latest updates of plan as on 21st feb-2019. Because of that possibly i'm not getting the benefits of the plan. Photograph of application status and sms is attached herewith. Was this information helpful? | |||
