[Resolved] Vodafone India — not receiving sms after sim upgrade to 4g | |||
I upgraded my sim to 4g on 24th jan 2019, as per regulations the sms services are barred for 24 hrs, but it’s already 3 days and it’s not yet activated. On talking with customer service rep they said it would be activated shortly but it didn’t happen. I waited again for around 1 day but it’s still not activated and i am unable to complete any bank and online transactions as i am unable to get the otp. Was this information helpful? | |||
