Vodafone India — Not recharge even after payment deducted from account.

I have made payment Rs 120 for my prepaid mobile no [protected] on 20/10/2014 at 8:28 PM through net banking. But it has been observed that the mobile phone is found uncharged.
Hence I want to know where the problem exists. It is requested to look into the matter.
