Vodafone India — not satisfied with vodafone. vodafone is robbing me. executives are fraud. and company do false commitments | |||
My name is ishan bhatt.. [protected]. I am a customer of vodafone from 2011. Recently i am facing lot of problem.. From december company is robbing me... I had an unlimited plan previously with limited data (So via my knowledge unlimited ment to be unlimited and data was not so they mentioned) i was charged 1600 rupees for sms which later i came to know unlimited have different definition for vodafone.. So i had a talk with some executive.. And he committed me a waver but that never happened. Another executive changed my plan and added a 3000sms (Rs 145 approx) over a call when i required to port out.. And committed me that i will not face this problem again. He suggested me to download vodafone application so that i can keep count of my sms what i did.. And paid all of the bill without waver (So foolish of me/ i thought it was my mistake although it wasn't).. . Now i kept the count of my sms i have 3 different plans on my number. 1 - primary plan which have some sms. 2 - sms pack 30 rs which had 300 sms (Activated before 18 dec 2017) 3 - sms pack 145 rs approx which had 3000sms.. (Activated just after my bill date 18 dec 2017). . So i have minimum of[protected] sms.. I did approx 2600 messages.. And i am again charged some 450 approx for my sms on 18 jan 2018 plus all the rental charges for sms pack... Why. . I am not able to understand . And i had a count of sms on my application which shows me how many sms i am left with... Which i kept count from the first day... . So why am i charged again...?? . Or there is some hidden fraud charges what vodafone guys add after targeting their old customers... . Or the application is a trap??. . Or the commitments of their teli calling executives are just a joke.... . I was committed a waver what i didnt got till now.. . Executive promised me that i would not be charged for 145rs plan for 6 months (Which again is a false commitment / coz i am charged for it) . . My money doesn't grow on tree.. . And last time i supposed it was my mistake so i paid every dime of their worthless bill.. But not this time.. I m not wrong this time. . I am charged for sms even i didnt used all sms i had.. I am charged even i have 3 plans of sms... . I dont know where this company is from and i don't even care.. But this is india. And there are many other networks which r way cheaper than vodafone.. And vodafone being expensive and specially robbing me.. Putting a hole in my pocket. . I will not pay the extra fraud unreasonable charges... . And if needed i will change my connection to some another reasonable connection provider.. And file a legal case against the company.. 1000 is not a big amount for me.. I paid 2000 bill in december which i shouldn't had.. Coz i think it was my mistake that i think unlimited is unlimited.. But this time i am not wrong and i am very angry coz vodafone people are robbing me again.. . I want conclusion asap.. Coz time is more valuable than money for me.. . . . I want result asap. .
