[Resolved] Vodafone India — Number reactivated bu requested tariff is not given | |
For the Vodafone postpaid Number [protected](KOLKATA). I sent e-mail dated 05/01/2017 to the corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, I requested to reactivate my number and change the tariff to Lifetime Postpaid 999, Reference number [protected] . Vodafone executive has reactivated my number but has avoided to change the tariff. I didn’t ask to reactivate the number only. I request you to investigate on it and see what was written in my request- e-mail. I sent again email to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but no reply till now. The interaction number is[protected] for my future correspondence. And my Vodafone mobile number has been activated w.e.f. 07/01/2017. Alt Cont No : [protected]/[protected] No call was received before the activation of my number. I raised complaint against it but without any resolution I received sms that my complaint is resolved.My Complaint No:[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
