Vodafone India — offer letter fraud

I have received an offer letter from some people after paying 1450. After that they asked me to make the payment around 5700 for laptop security deposit. But i asked questions instead of making payment. After that they have sent me training letter. Presently i have offer letter and training letter from vodafone. I would like to know whether it is true or not. How do i validate? I am attaching my offer letter and traning letter with this attachments.

Still these numbers are working today also i have received a call from priyanka. So kindly someone take action against these fraud people...
