Vodafone India — online mobile recharge - money deducted but recharge has not taken place | |||
I recharged my vodafone number with rs.569 pack online though vodafone website. The amount got deducted from my bank account. But i did not get the recharge on my phone. I have tried calling customer service several times but they do not even take down the transaction id. They only say that your recharge was not done. And if your money is deducted, you shall receive it in 5 days. I have not got back the amount yet. I am waiting with no active pack on the phone and unable to make any call or use data. I have changed my vodafone sim to 4G sim...since then i am not able to send or receive messages..it shows vodafone error 69...kindly hel[
