Vodafone India — outgoing call barred without justification | |||||
Hi, We have 5 vodafone connections in our family, 3 prepaid and 2 postpaid. All the prepaid connections had 1000+ rs. Balance and the pans selected did not have any expiry. Suddenly we get the notice of outgoing call barring from certain date. This is rediculous customer service. I[censored]sers have balance on their account why should their facilities be barred. Vodafone is a provider of service and has good reputation. They should not use such mechanism to grab balances that consumers have on their account. The maner of taking about customer care is not good and he has also stopped my cal and signal qulitiy is very bad..
