Vodafone India — Outgoing calls barred for not activating standing instructions | |||
I took a new connection from Vodafone for a family member. This would be be 4th no. on my name. Yesterday evening outgoing calls are barred on my new number. I called up customer care and they informed me that to be able to make outgoing calls I have to activate standing instructions for automatic bill payments on my primary number. My primary number is already registered for standing instructions through my credit card. I told the same to the customer care person . But they want the standing instructions to be through vodafone store only. They are causing inconvenience unnecessarily. Was this information helpful? | |||
