[Resolved] Vodafone India — Outgoing facility suddenly got de-activated on cell no:[protected] | |||
Dear Team Vodafone, Since past 4-5 days i am suffering a lot due to sudden dis-connection of out-going facility on my cell no:[protected]. I am even struggling a lot with your vodafone customer care, wrote mails to :on corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com & [protected]@ymail.com & am also trying to talk on phone but there is no positive response nor anyone is giving me the evidence that who asked or gave a request to close the connection. Someone from your team told me that it is being closed as per corporate policy (i.e: earlier my connection was from welspun corp, anjar & then i got it changed to piramal glass, vadodara). But i even confirmed from welspun HR at Anjar regarding any request being sent for dis-continuing the said number & they told (Mr.Naresh Ranka, DGM-WIL HR) that no such request is being sent from here & it is just a fake statement. Request you all to kindly take-up this matter seriously & resolve the same immediately as i am not able to communicate with anyone since last 4-5 days & this connection is also in the corporate plan of piramal glass.
