Vodafone India — outgoing message blocked | |||
My vodafone number :[protected] outgoing message has blocked for sending an sms. I gave a complaint in customer care they said i have to register in trai as a telemarketer but iam not a telemarketer i usually send an sms only to my well known friends. Sir my balance was rs2200 before 22 Sep 2017 I checked balance on 24 Sep 2017 it was rs 938, I shocked how u deduct rs1200 without any reason
Therefore it is requested to kindly sort out my problem otherwise I would complain at consumer form
