Vodafone India — Outgoing service barred on postpaid mobile | |||
Hi vodafone team, even after paying all dues still my outgoing services have been barred on my vodafone postpaid number. On 18th dec, vodafone acknowledged the below in email-- "With reference to your enquiry, we assure you that an amount of Rs.313.07/- towards the invoice dated 25/10/2015 has been updated in our records on 16/12/2015. Further we wish to confirm that there is no outstanding amount on your inactive account. Kindly note your Interaction number[protected] for your future reference" But today my outgoing calls have been barred and harassing me because before monday nothing is going to happen. Mean time how will i make urgent outgoing calls. How can vodafone behave like this and stop services when no dues are pending. Was this information helpful? | |||
