Vodafone India — Outgoing services barred when there is no outstanding due | |||||
Hi, My vodafone no.[protected] outgoing services barred without any verbal communication. None of vodafone customer relationship officer called me to communicate that we are barring services for your vodafone number. I am using this Vodafone no. since long & always paid my bill before the due date there is no outstanding amount due on my this no. but due to my other no. bill payment due my services has been barred, for that [protected] no. I asked many times to email me the detailed bill because the bill amount is not accepted by me. I can pay only amount for the services which I had used not for un-used services. If you will not enable my services I will not pay a single rupee also I will file a written complaint in cosumer court for barring my services when there is no outstanding amount due on my no.
