Vodafone India — outgoing validity finished | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have recharged with 10-10 rupees 2 times on my number [protected] but m unable to do outgoing calls. I called to the company but company told that have to recharge with minimum Rs35 extra. I purchased the sim with unlimited validity but now company told that you have to recharge with minimum Rs35 for start outgoing calls. I called to customer care but Mr. Anshul was unable to answer me, when i told to transfer the call to senior so the denied and talk rudely. Always again again told that its govt rule its govt rule. But they did not provide any info for same... If you will provide solution otherwise i will take some legal action... Vodafone CCE are very worst to talk. Why should I recharge when I did not get any prior information from Vodafone over the call because user is illiterate so that unable to read the SMS. Having so much problem in family due to that. I want the proper solution for the same. I want the solution for the having very big problem because on that time unable to calls to anybody after having the Rs14.99. I will not do any recharge for active outgoing calls. Now Vodafone should provide the solution for Cont Number ([protected]) or solve that problem which having the family due to Vodafone.
