Vodafone India — Over billing vodafone conn no - [protected] | |||||
I am a senior citizen (65). I and other family members in india are using vodafone for many years. Mine is post paid connection no-[protected]. The services were good. I Use to pay the bill as soon as i receive the intimation. My bill comes around rs 400 to rs 500/-. Surprisingly, this time i received a bill of rs 6574/-. I protested and sought the details of call. It was informed that these are being charged for my opening international roaming. As they have already stopped/restricted call services. I am facing lot of problems, mental harassment & some time heavy financial loss. Incidentally, i submit that immediately on receipt of the bill i have deposited rs 500/ average of my all previous bills. I submitted that i am in india and never used or open this facility. But repeatedly i am being replied that this service is opened and used by me & they have expressed their inability to help me.
