Vodafone India — Over charges in postpaid bill | |||||
I am using Vodafone number ([protected]) and on 26th March 2016 I came to know that my postpaid bill has come around 1800.I have charged Rs 500 for a VAS by "d2c_verse_ipayy_250". I have certainly not Authorized any transaction online or via any Vodafone apps/popups for this charge. I spoke with vodafone customer care they said you downloaded one app two times in a day that cost totally 500. But i didn't download any app, I am continuously requesting Vodafone customer care to correct this wrong bill but they are not even ready to log a complaint about the matter.
