[Resolved] Vodafone India — overcharge and deceptive pricing on international roaming by vodafone | |||
On 6th october landed in japan, activated international roaming of 149/day rental for which there was no explanation of charges for voice and data access. On 9th oct received a message that the credit limit is exceeded and i need to pay inr 5730 including my previous month's bill of inr 590. Immediately i activated the package of inr 3500 valid for 10 days in order reduce the bill. Returned on 12th oct to india and to my utter disbelief, shock and surprise i kept receiving messages on unbilled amount of 19799. They forced me to cough up inr 12000 to restore the service as the service was disconnected without allowing me to explain. The bill that was generated on 25th gave further shock as total was exceeding inr 28000. Was this information helpful? | |||
