[Resolved] Vodafone India — Overcharge BILL & False statement while giving connection- No: [protected] | |
The plan told by Vodafone representative and mentioned in bill is different. (Number: [protected] issued in Navi Mumbai)
Even I said to make my limit 1000 but the limit was raised to 2000 and I got bill of Rs.2778/-.
Several Vodafdone representative called me for Bill Payment & I complained each of them for this but only bill increased without any service or action. Why I got bill of 2778 when my limit is 2000/-???
Also my SIM was disconnected around 10 days back when the Bill was 2000 approx so how did this additional amount came in Billing. I was told that my roaming will be free for first three months but 1000/- rupees is my roaming charges?/ why???...Please Disconnect my connection IMMEDIATELY...and I will Pay only if I get proper bill ...not any false Bill. If this is not corrected I will go to Consumer Court soon. Was this information helpful? | |
