[Resolved] Vodafone India — Overcharged monthly bills | |||
I had converted my plan to monthly from 499 to 249 Rs. a year back. I didn't check my bills after that. I just checked my recent bills and in every bill I am charged a monthly rental of 499, even when it says I have a 249/month plan. Vodafone continued to charge me 499 every month for one year despite changing the plan. Please let me know how I can get this money back Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone deducted 35 rs from my balance and activated dotbot service which I didn't request. This is ridiculous. I didn't request for such meaningless service.Pls refund my money within 24 hrs and deactivate this service soon. I want my money back and deactivate this service soon.
