Vodafone India — Overcharging | |||||
My name is Jitendra Jain. I am using Vodafone number ([protected]) and on 12th March 2016 I came to know that my internet plan (2G unlimited plan of Rs 199) is being stopped without any information on 4th march 2016 and I have been charged Rs 1120.56 for internet (Till 12th march 2016). I am continuously requesting Vodafone customer care to correct this wrong bill but they are not even ready to log a complaint about the matter. I am continuously asking them (Vodafone Customer Care) to provide any SMS or call recording (If any) regarding any request from my side to stop the internet plan (2G unlimited plan of Rs 199) but no such SMS or call recording is provided to me yet.
