[Resolved] Vodafone India — Pathetic billing issues postpaid | |||
This in reference to when I had been given offer to use 1 GB internet and last bill I was charged additional Rs 299 and had it reversed after moving from 1 Dept to another, each passing the buck and not trying to resolve my issues. Which took almost 1 hour. The same goes with the online chat not able to explain my advance rental reversal, instead highlights my reversal amount. My query is as below. 1) explain when I had changed my plans what happens to the advance rental paid by me on my first bill. 2) why my issues are not resolved at the first instance and they transfer my call and shun responsibilities. 3) as per the VF app screenshot, when can I start using the 8 GB and what are the hidden costs involved, or the terms. Confirm the same on mail..(screen shots attached) I have send a second reminder and no revert from them after waiting for 3 says Was this information helpful? | |||

Write a letter with same content as above and affix the Rs.10 Revenue stamp on it (Photo copy of letter to kept with you for further reference). Send the same to Vodafone office through Registered Post (May be used for Track the package). After reach the Vodafone office wait for 10 to 15 days for reply. If you have not received any reply from them means file a complaint in RTI office and do the needful.
