Vodafone India — Pathetic Products and Services | |||
1. My name is Deepak Pandey. Past two week back from today date (15-jul-15) i'hd purchase Vodafone 3g dongal. But the day i'm using it very slow to connect, I'hd went to vodafone store in Kandenchavadi, they said its network problem and rectified soon but till now it is not rectified. I am not able to check mails also. PL have a look into it. 2. 6 to 8 months back i Purchased Vodafone sim Number:[protected]. 2 to 4 month its ok but after 4 month they are constantly making calls for bill and within a day they increasing bill amount from 1000 to 1300. I'hd Complaint regarding this, for a month it will be ok, after a month they will again constantly start make calls for bill amount, and amount getting increased from 999 to 1400. And now on today's date (15-Jul-15) they stop my outgoing 2 times a month after putting complaints they open my outgoing calls. My bill amount is 978 til 23.07.2015 ..It means till 22.07.2015 or 23.07.2015 i have to submit my bill that i know very well. But they stop my outgoing twice this month. What is this we are not thief. we using vodafone from collage times but we never see this kind of problems... Now Vodafone Service, Customer Handling and Products are very very Pathetic.
