Vodafone India — Payment deduction | |||||
My vodafone number: [protected] Now i am in abroad. Without my request/consent, international rental has been activated and amount has been debited (Rs 149). My vodafone complaint docket numbers are [protected] & [protected]. After complaint also, my debited amount (Rs. 149) has been not credited to my account. Till now not canceled the automatic international rental subscription. And after rs. 149 deduction, different amount balance [post call balance (Rs. 116.63) and current balance (-32.37)] is showing in my vodafone account? Why it is not showing same balance in both current balance & post call balance? Still this is not solved by vodafone. Without my request/consent, below data packages has been automatically subscribed by vodafone. Subscription of package ui3gv14r0d200m (Dated 28.12.2015 14:33:03) Subscription of package ui3gv14r0d200m (Dated 08.02.2016 11:48:07) Why vodafone is subscribing the packages and debiting the amount without customer request/consent? My current balance and post call balance should be same. All debited amount need to be credited to my account and automatic renewal packages need to be removed from my account.
