I have taken subscription of vodafone [protected] on 07-Jan-2017 by making payment of Rs.2899 under the scheme of 3 months free cycle for 8GB data per month by Sales Person Mr. Hardik Suthat at Vodafone Store at Alkapuri, MObile No.[protected].

But he has not posted or credited the above amount paid in my account as a result my account is getting disconnected frequently. Now also my connection has been disconnected with effect from 25.03.2017.

However, while making enquiry he assured to get my connection activated soon but failed to do so and informed that he is helpless and cannot do anything as he has cheated me through Vodafone and he asked me to do whatever I feel to do so.

After raising complaint to portal they have not activated my services for one month after that i received response from their appellate forum on On Sat, 06 May 2017 10:28:36 +0530 wrote

But my services had not been activated after that then i again requested, they have responded below on 17 May 2017 as below

As discussed, I have closely looked into the issue regarding payment for your Vodafone number [protected].

I am happy to inform you that SIM service has been restored w.e.f.16/05/17.

I am pleased to inform you that we have assigned advance rental 3899 benefits for 2 bill cycle on Vodafone number [protected].

I am totally disappointed & disagreed with their offer where I have been asked to pay three months bills of Rs.4190 as per their below mail on 20th May'2017

As discussed, I regret to inform you that as per process we are unable to adjust your payment against your outstanding. At present, there is an outstanding amount is Rs. 4190.52 on Vodafone number [protected] with account number 35219064 which I request you to pay.

Further, I have checked and found that payment of Rs.2899, Rs.435 and Rs.144 has been updated on Vodafone number [protected] with account number 35114449 however I request you to visit our Alkapuri Vodafone store with payment receipt in case of any issue in payment updation.

Please note that we have activated MBB_C_V_1299_30d_R8GB_FU_3G plan with rental discount for two bill cycle.
