Vodafone India — Payments made but still getting calls for payments

Dear sir/mam,

Got ported from vodafone (Number [protected]) to other service provider in december. I got the bill of december 15 & paid it via cheque 100772 dtd 25.1.16, amt 1141/-.Same is reflecting in my bank account. But after that vodafone people are harassing me that they have not received the payment & have been calling me like crazy. They are also sending executive to my residence.I have a mail which confirms that i have made the payment from there executive but still these guys are following up. The mail is as follows

Dear mr. Parekh,

Thank you for your email dated 13/02/16, regarding query for your mobile number [protected].

We regret the inconvenience caused on account of the same.

Further, we inform you that your above mentioned mobile number has been disconnected as per your request,

We also inform you that we have received the payment amount of rs.1141.0 and 1481.0 on 01/02/16 and 12/02/16 and it has been successfully updated.

And we assure you that further you will be not receiving any bill/call for your mobile number.
