Vodafone India — phone bill discrepancy | |||||
Vodafone offered me a tariff for 349 n after sometime they discontinue it n gave 399 tariff with discount of 50rs. Said that this discount will for lifetime. Now they have removed that discount. I did raise a complaint about the same n promised a call back from complaints team. No one contacted me n wen i called them after around 8 days, they said there is no complaint raised at all. It's not at all my mistake that they discontinued tariff n they promised a lifetime discount of 50 which they deny now. Please help me i have a bill with extra 70rs to pay... Dear sir i have recharged my vodafone with 199 on 6th oct but after 3 days my outgoing stopped now complained in vodafone customer care also but problem not resolved yet

my 28 days validity of reacharge also going waste from last 4 days i m not able make outgoing calls
