Vodafone India — Plan change

I have been trying to get Vodafone red 899 plan from past 2 months, every time I am told its not available in the systems & cust service keeps transferring me to various departments & today I was asked to speak to vodafone store. Whats the point of having customer care if they are not helpful. Is it really customer care center or customer harrassment center. Vodafone is purposely not offering plan so they can earn more. Offering me plans where I have to spend more on calls & data. I request you to intervene & get things right.
