Vodafone India — Plan Change not Activated | |||
Reference below mail since 15th Nov`2015 I am still waiting for Red family Plan to get activated, this is the 3rd billing cycle today and everytime I am told there was an error and the plan will get activated from the next billing cycle. Yesterday -24th Jan`16 when I spoke to Ms. Mesbah- a customer care executive I was told that the plan will get activated today -25th Jan`16, today when I called up I was told that the activation is in process and will get activated by tomorrow, when I requested that I wanted to speak to a senior executive I was put on hold for nearly 20 mins after which the call got disconnected. I have been a very old customer of vodafone and have never faced a such a problem, I feel the quality of your service is deteriorating and you have been employing executives who have no knowledge 0f their job, each executive gives a different answer. I am quite fed up of this process and would prefer to discontinue all my numbers and join another service provider as I feel I am wasting a lot of time calling vodafone and nothing really is happening regarding my requests Was this information helpful? | |||
