Vodafone India — plan change request - bill merge | |||
On july 30th i sent an email to vodafone cs team requesting to change plan from corporate to individual and to activate rate together plan of 598 (For two numbers). However, they activated and 399 plan each number and no further information on the same. After 10 days i called to customer support team for asking the status. They responded, that the corporate plan is deactivated and need to pay 399 on each number. I sent so many email. But no proper reply and no cs team is looking the email completely. Everytime i call the customer support team they said system issue unabel to change the plan. Was this information helpful? | |||
