[Resolved] Vodafone India — plan got changed without informing | |||
My plan for postpaid no. [protected] got changed without informing me. It was "Corp 100 plan_2" till December 2018. Suddenly in January it got Changed to "RED Basic" without informing me. Been a Vodafone postpaid customer for more than 4 yrs now but never have faced such a pathetic service till date. The plan has been changed without any official mail been sent to the cooperates as no one was aware of such changes been made. I will not pay the bill until my issue get resolved.
